Role summary
Senior Manager overseeing raw materials through finished goods inventory across USCAN sites. Ensures inventory accuracy, compliance, and process improvements while leading experienced teams and collaborating with supply chain and manufacturing partners.

- Bachelor's degree with minimum 12 years related experience and 3-6 years management experience
- Extensive knowledge of inventory controls, inventory management, and distribution/warehousing processes
- Strong experience with ERP and WMS systems, preferably SAP

- Knowledge of medical device regulations and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams in fast-paced environments
What you'll be doing
- Establish strategic directions and implement operational objectives for inventory control functions across USCAN sites
- Develop and execute policies, procedures, and material control systems affecting immediate and enterprise-wide operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy, SOX compliance, and cycle counting across raw materials through finished goods
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and audit teams to improve processes and KPIs
- Oversee inventory team including subordinate supervisor; build and develop high-performing staff
