- Develop facility layouts, capacity plans, and process flows to support business expansion and operational efficiency
- Deliver major capital projects including facility expansions, automation implementations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and system integrators throughout project lifecycles, including contract negotiation
- Lead engineering teams with guidance, coaching, and capability development to drive high performance
