Role summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Insights to synthesize data across sales, marketing, and operations functions, translating complex information into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies business unit.

What you'll be doing

Synthesize data from multiple functions to create unified organizational performance views and identify growth opportunities
Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to define critical questions and align metrics
Integrate disparate data sources into a cohesive insights framework and improve data governance
Develop executive-level deliverables including dashboards and presentations that connect insights to business outcomes
Design scalable analytics frameworks and establish best practices for insight generation and decision support
