- Conduct product discovery, design user journeys, and translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Lead delivery of business-facing tools, dashboards, and applications from concept through release and adoption
- Serve as product lead for AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation opportunities
- Manage cross-functional India-based pod and vendor partnerships to maintain product quality and business alignment
