- Demonstrated ability to design analytics projects that influence commercial decisions
- Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills across organizational levels
- Hematology/oncology experience strongly preferred

- Serve as strategic analytics partner to Venclexta commercial team, understanding business priorities and market trends
- Design and execute analytics projects using pharmaceutical data to generate actionable insights
- Develop measurement plans to evaluate marketing initiatives and identify performance drivers
- Support primary market research planning and execution including supplier management and findings communication
- Create compelling presentations translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for diverse audiences
