Role summary
Senior Maintenance Technician needed to support utilities operations at a new biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in North Carolina. The role involves troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of plant systems including steam, chilled water, compressed air, and specialized manufacturing utilities on a rotating day shift schedule. Incumbent will ensure compliance with quality standards while coordinating with vendors and operations teams.

- High school diploma or GED with 2 years utilities or maintenance experience
- Associate degree with 6 months utilities or maintenance experience
- 5+ years plant utility equipment and systems knowledge and maintenance execution
- 3+ years pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems experience
- cGMP or regulated environment experience preferred
- P&ID interpretation ability
- Computerized maintenance management system proficiency
What you'll be doing
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and test process and utility equipment with documentation
- Perform maintenance on steam, chilled water, compressed air, cooling tower, and heating systems
- Service manufacturing and lab utility systems including clean steam, WFI, process cooling, and HVAC
- Partner with maintenance service providers and equipment vendors on repair activities
- Complete quality and safety documentation while maintaining GMP compliance and production schedules
