Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Associate Manufacturing for night-shift operations at its West Greenwich, Rhode Island facility. - Troubleshooting capability and equipment operation proficiency
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM)
What you'll be doing
- Lead manufacturing operations and monitor critical processes in Inoc/Seeds area
- Execute validation protocols and routine troubleshooting on production equipment
- Draft, revise, and maintain controlled documentation including SOPs and technical reports
- Own non-conformances, CAPAs, and change control records; identify continuous improvements
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues
