Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and oral)
Deep knowledge of anti-corruption, healthcare, and regulatory laws (FCPA, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, transparency requirements)
Advanced leadership, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What you'll be doing

Partner with business leaders to foster compliance culture and assess healthcare-specific risks
Develop, manage, and implement compliance programs, policies, and local procedures for PDx
Design and execute auditing and monitoring plans; track and report results to compliance leadership
Facilitate compliance training and communications that promote organizational integrity
Support transparency reporting and work with global compliance colleagues on key initiatives
