- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years supporting cybersecurity compliance assessments across SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, SOX, or CMMC
- 5+ years coordinating audit evidence with multiple control-owner teams
- Proficiency with GRC platforms, ticketing systems, and evidence repositories
- Risk-based prioritization and independent ownership mindset
- Experience with post-acquisition or high-change environments (preferred)
- CMMC or defense-sector security background (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic alignment across multiple compliance frameworks to eliminate duplication and manage annual workload
- Build and maintain governed evidence repositories with version control and audit traceability for assessments and regulatory responses
- Coordinate timely customer security questionnaire responses and manage control-owner evidence production partnerships
- Track findings, exceptions, and remediation activities; support risk reporting governance cadence and escalation
- Create scalable compliance templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve consistency and reduce rework across audit cycles
