Train users on conventional, spectral, imaging cytometry platforms and cell sorting operations
Perform multiparameter cell sorting and optimize sorting conditions for specific assays
Execute experiments to validate and refine flow cytometry standard operating procedures
Assist core users with flow technology training, experimental design, and data analysis guidance
