Role summary

- Lead multi-year transformation agenda on process standardization, automation, and data governance
- Direct financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across regions
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve revenue, margins, and profitability
- Build and lead high-performing global finance team with analytical and transformation capabilities
