- Experience with Lot History Records
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
- Knowledge of crosshead helicoid design (preferred)
- Basic understanding of polymer rheology and materials science (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain single-screw extrusion systems independently
- Develop and optimize extrusion processes with R&D engineers to meet new product specifications
- Perform product inspections, tooling checks, and material analysis throughout production
- Conduct root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and establish process parameters
- Train junior technicians and document procedures, work instructions, and technical reports
Compensation$29.42 - $40.69 USD hourly
