  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Bioengineering, or related engineering/scientific discipline
  • 5+ years in systems engineering, integration engineering, design engineering, test engineering, or multidisciplinary product development
  • Demonstrated hands-on engineering and test experience with physical products, prototypes, instruments, or complex electromechanical systems
  • Strong systems thinking with ability to understand interactions and dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Strong test-engineering fundamentals including experimental design, test-method development, data analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability including structured root-cause analysis and technical risk assessment
  • Working knowledge of product-development practices such as requirements, interfaces, design controls, and verification concepts

What you'll be doing

  • Lead system integration activities bringing together multidisciplinary subsystems into controlled and reproducible configurations
  • Perform hands-on engineering testing on instruments, prototypes, and subsystems for feasibility studies and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate subsystem interfaces across mechanical, electrical, optical, fluidic, thermal, firmware, and software domains
  • Execute integrated system workflows and identify interface, timing, performance, and cross-subsystem issues
  • Lead structured troubleshooting and root-cause investigations by reproducing, isolating, and characterizing issues
