Senior Distinguished Engineer position leading the technical strategy and development of implantable heart failure management systems. - PhD or Master's in Electrical, Software, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (preferred)
- Deep expertise in cardiovascular implantable devices, heart failure, or remote patient monitoring systems
- Strong systems engineering background with Design Controls and verification & validation experience
- Ability to balance clinical needs, manufacturability, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical leadership and system ownership for Heart Failure Management platform including sensors, devices, and software
- Establish and drive manufacturing technology strategy enabling scalability, operational excellence, and next-generation capabilities
- Define manufacturing strategies through Design for Excellence, automation, process validation, and quality initiatives
- Serve as senior technical expert for complex engineering challenges, root cause investigations, and regulatory submissions
- Mentor engineering talent and shape long-term technology vision to accelerate innovation and patient impact
