Role summary
Ergomed seeks a Senior Director of Operational Strategy for oncology to develop competitive strategies for potential awards, serve as lead oncology strategist, and strengthen client relationships. The role involves collaborating across global functions and supporting business development initiatives within the CRO.

- Develop competitive and flexible oncology strategies for potential awards addressing client needs
- Lead oncology-focused bid defense preparations with Business Development for assigned opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client key decision makers to drive repeat business
- Collaborate across global functions including Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Regulatory
- Support marketing and business development activities through conference participation and content generation
