Direct tech transfer activities including clinical introductions, site-to-site transfers, and scale operations
Own visual inspection program spanning manual qualification, AQL, and automated inspection systems
Oversee alarm management and process monitoring strategy including PAT and alarm rationalization
Build and develop multi-faceted technical team while managing CAPA and root cause investigations
