What you'll be doing

Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to enhance infrastructure supporting compliance culture and accountability
Lead project management for legal and compliance operational excellence, creating metrics and performance dashboards
Develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidance documents through cross-functional collaboration
Design, implement, and improve risk-based compliance training programs for functional audiences
Support annual compliance risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives
