- Experience with multiple transaction structures (stock, asset, JV, merger) preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Direct all phases of M&A activity from target identification through due diligence, negotiation, and closing
- Advise division leadership on strategy translation including M&A, operations, commercial priorities, and business strategy
- Develop and maintain M&A pipeline; cultivate industry relationships and identify potential acquisition targets
- Mentor junior corporate development staff and lead process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external due diligence with legal, banking, and accounting partners
