What you'll be doing

Define and execute long-term strategy for global commercial data platforms including architecture, products, and cloud modernization
Build and scale AI engineering capabilities for operationalizing machine learning, generative AI, and agentic solutions
Lead engineering teams responsible for platform architecture, data integration, MLOps, and enterprise-scale deployment
Partner with Commercial Strategy, Medical Affairs, and regional teams to identify data and AI-driven business opportunities
Build and develop high-performing organization of data engineers, AI engineers, and technical leaders
