Role summary
Senior Director leading Gilead's applied AI function within the Clinical Data Science organization. Responsible for translating prioritized AI use cases into production-grade capabilities that support drug development workflows, from discovery through validation and enterprise adoption.

- Establish reference solutions and workflows for model deployment, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams building AI systems for internal users across clinical and development functions
- Partner with Enterprise IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to ensure scalability and governance
