What you'll be doing

Lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud production environment for R2R, O2C, and P2P processes
Define team structure and manage resource planning, capacity, and workload distribution across ERP functional areas
Manage backlog of user requests with prioritization governance and regular status reporting
Design, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with integration teams and maintain monitoring reports
Lead organizational change management efforts for ERP enhancements, including communication, training, and user adoption
