Role summary

Proven ability to lead in matrix organization, manage competing priorities, and influence cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll be doing

Set and drive analytical testing strategies using manual and automated methods across multiple programs and process stages
Lead teams developing, optimizing, and qualifying automated analytical methods and end-to-end automation platforms
Establish laboratory informatics systems for automated equipment, data visualization, and AI/machine learning tool implementation
Manage critical assay reagents, controls, and control charts while establishing operational best practices
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members; manage departmental budget, headcount, and resources
