  • Deep expertise in laboratory informatics, automation platforms, data management, and data integrity
  • Experience with cell therapy, biologics, and genetic therapy product characterization and PAT methods
  • Strong knowledge of ICH, FDA, and USP guidelines in pharmaceutical development context
  • Proven ability to lead in matrix organization, manage competing priorities, and influence cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll be doing

  • Set and drive analytical testing strategies using manual and automated methods across multiple programs and process stages
  • Lead teams developing, optimizing, and qualifying automated analytical methods and end-to-end automation platforms
  • Establish laboratory informatics systems for automated equipment, data visualization, and AI/machine learning tool implementation
  • Manage critical assay reagents, controls, and control charts while establishing operational best practices
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop team members; manage departmental budget, headcount, and resources
