- Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced analytical solutions for Global Medical Affairs
- Manage and mentor analysts and visualization specialists, fostering collaboration and skill development
- Conduct data analysis of structured and unstructured sources including HCP sentiment and real-world data
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and data-driven recommendations to inform medical strategy and MSL engagement
