What you'll be doing
- Plan and execute meetings, events, trade shows, and employee engagement programs aligned with divisional objectives and budgets
- Coordinate comprehensive event logistics including registrations, travel, accommodations, materials, catering, audiovisual, and venue coordination
- Develop and track event budgets, timelines, and planning documents ensuring compliance with established processes
- Manage onsite event execution including attendee management, vendor oversight, and issue resolution
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective, engaging event experiences
