  • Develop algorithms integrating protein sequences with NGS and experimental data to inform design cycles
  • Design and apply AI/ML methods for therapeutic protein sequence optimization and evaluation
  • Lead computational analyses for protein discovery programs including sequence selection and clone prioritization
  • Translate scientific needs into practical computational solutions with software and bioinformatics teams
  • Collaborate across experimental, engineering, and customer-facing teams on discovery programs
