- Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, regulations, and therapeutic area knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn clinical systems
What you'll be doing
- Perform on-site and remote monitoring activities using risk-based monitoring approach
- Conduct SDR, SDV, CRF review, and investigational product accountability checks
- Identify, document, and escalate issues with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Maintain audit and inspection readiness; generate monitoring reports and follow-up communications
- Support study start-up, investigator meetings, audits, and close-out activities as assigned
