- Cell and gene therapy or biological manufacturing experience a plus
What you'll be doing
- Provide daily management and leadership for quality functions driving excellence and performance
- Establish quality team goals aligned with customer requirements and customer-focused team objectives
- Partner with quality leadership to ensure goals are met and build culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Support customer audits, visits, and calls; develop systemic corrective actions for deviations
- Conduct proactive quality assurance and risk assessment using FMEA, HCCP, and Quality by Design
