Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Senior Automation Systems Administrator to manage software configurations, compliance, and lifecycle support for automated systems in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing setting. The role involves administering applications, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating validation efforts, and providing technical support across integrated platforms. This position is based in Menands, New York, operating Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

- Knowledge of System Design Lifecycle and Quality Risk Management
- Familiarity with cGMP regulatory policies and quality documentation
- Experience with process control systems in regulated manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Ignition, MQTT brokers, HiveMQ, or similar platforms preferred
What you'll be doing
- Administer system applications including user access control, security settings, and backup/archival processes
- Maintain configuration and recipe management; integrate systems with LIMS and Historian platforms
- Process change control requests and ensure system compliance through documentation and risk assessments
- Lead SAT/FAT, validation, and qualification efforts; support investigations and root cause analyses
- Provide end-user training and technical support; guide contractors and drive process improvements
