- GMP knowledge and ability to interpret applicable regulations
- Proficiency with manufacturing systems: MES, EBR, MAXIMO, LIMS, SAP
- Manual visual inspection experience in GMP regulated environment (preferred)
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Computer Science (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Perform manufacturing unit operations and manual visual inspection according to standard procedures
- Conduct data analysis of critical process parameters and identify process anomalies
- Manage quality systems including deviations, CAPA, LIMS, and MES support
- Lead continuous improvement projects and implement process improvement solutions
- Provide technical training and process expertise to operational teams
