3+ years managing on-premises and cloud-based backup, archiving, and disaster recovery solutions
Proficiency with Rubrik backup technology and expertise in zero RPO/low RTO configurations
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Ansible with troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA ONTAP) or Rubrik Certified System Administrator (RCSA) preferred
Understanding of Windows, UNIX, Linux operating systems and TCP/IP networking fundamentals

What you'll be doing

Support operations leadership in delivering and improving enterprise storage and backup technology services
Perform infrastructure maintenance following vendor best practices and change management policies for Dell, NetApp, and Rubrik systems
Design, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures and runbooks for storage and backup operations
Investigate and resolve storage and backup technical issues; participate in 24x7 on-call support and root cause analysis
Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs to streamline manual storage and backup tasks
