What you'll be doing
- Perform and document analytical procedures following company standards and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze data, validate results within acceptable ranges, and prepare findings for laboratory information management system
- Identify unusual results and escalate performance issues to senior laboratory personnel
- Contribute to corrective and preventive action investigations, root cause analysis, and deviation resolution
- Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and processes while supporting improvements to quality and efficiency
