Role summary
This research role focuses on erythroid biology and siRNA therapeutics development. What you'll be doing
- Design and conduct in vitro and ex vivo assays for siRNA delivery and function evaluation
- Develop and maintain human primary cell-based experimental systems
- Support target validation and mechanism-of-action studies for siRNA therapeutic candidates
- Establish and optimize flow cytometry panels and qPCR/RNA-based measurement readouts
- Contribute to IND-enabling studies and prepare associated data packages
Compensation$115,393.45 annual salary
