What you'll be doing

  • Develop, optimize, and validate protein-based assays for sequencing and multiomic workflows
  • Design and execute experiments on protein reagents, antibodies, enzymes, and biologically derived reagents
  • Develop and optimize reagent formulations for improved assay performance and manufacturability
  • Establish analytical methods for protein characterization, qualification, and quality assessment
  • Support technology transfer of assays and reagents from research into manufacturing and product development
