  • Lead laboratory organization managing timely assay execution, data quality, and continuous platform improvements
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, instrumentation and workflow enhancements to advance platform capabilities
  • Mentor and train scientists in assay development, pharmacology, biophysics, and screening technologies
