- Knowledge of immunoassays, Western blotting, SDS-PAGE, and fluorescence biochemistry
- GLP practice knowledge preferred
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and time-management skills

- Plan and execute experiments measuring inhibitory activity of small molecule drug candidates against target proteolytic enzymes
- Perform laboratory operations related to enzyme activity and inhibition assays
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and documentation per company and regulatory policies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations for handling human plasma, serum, and reagents
- Maintain and upkeep laboratory equipment and workspace
