Role summary
Danaher seeks a Regional Leader for its APAC Labor & Employee Relations Center of Excellence, based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. This senior HR role designs and operationalizes labor and employee relations strategy across the region's operating companies, partnering with legal and business leaders to ensure compliance, consistency, and fair workplace practices. The position reports to the VP & Chief Counsel of Labor & Employment and emphasizes governance, service delivery excellence, and data-driven continuous improvement.

- University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 7+ years labor and employee relations experience across APAC countries
- 4+ years people leadership and management experience
- 2+ years managing remote-based employees within last 4 years
- 4+ years conducting employee relations investigations with documentation
- Project and change management experience
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws across APAC region
What you'll be doing
- Lead APAC LER governance, strategy, and operating model aligned with global priorities
- Establish regional service delivery models including decision rights, playbooks, and standard work
- Drive operational excellence through SLAs, KPIs, analytics, and continuous improvement
- Partner with legal and business leaders on complex employee and labor relations matters
- Serve as regional subject matter expert for organizational change and restructuring initiatives
