Role summary
Regional Commercial Leader role overseeing Environment and Process Monitoring business across Asia Pacific & Japan. Reports to CAD APJ Commercial leader and drives strategic growth, customer value propositions, and financial performance across the region.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business management, chemistry, engineering, physics, or equivalent; MBA preferred
- 10+ years sales/commercial experience with 6+ years leadership in multinational environment
- 5+ years P&L general management experience
- Experience in clean energy, mining/minerals, or industrial sectors preferred
- Demonstrated success in multi-divisional matrix organizations
- Strong financial acumen and operational improvement capability
- Willingness to travel 40–50% within APJ region
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute EPM-specific country strategies including go-to-market, segment focus, and new product introductions
- Lead multi-country commercial teams through funnel management, forecasting, and competitive positioning
- Translate global EPM strategies to regional context and communicate market dynamics to division leadership
- Manage bookings, revenue, and operating expense forecasting; drive corrective actions for performance gaps
- Identify and evaluate market growth opportunities including new segments, applications, and sales routes
