Role summary
Cencora seeks a Quality Operations Supervisor for its Brooks, Kentucky distribution center. This onsite role oversees quality assurance compliance, manages supplier quality issues, supervises up to three associates, and ensures adherence to regulatory and validation standards.

What you'll be doing
- Support operations supervisors with root cause analysis and teach quality methodologies to staff
- Issue corrective action requests and monitor supplier quality across the distribution center
- Ensure GMP equipment compliance including calibration, validation, and change control procedures
- Develop and analyze quality performance reports including process audits and client audit results
- Supervise up to three associates and coordinate with internal and external quality stakeholders
