Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Quality Coordinator to manage QA databases, track audit lifecycles, and maintain quality documentation systems. The role supports regulatory compliance through database maintenance, reporting, and coordination of corrective actions across internal and external audits.

What you'll be doing
- Maintain QA databases by entering and updating audit information throughout the full audit lifecycle
- Track audit plans, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor critical/major findings
- Generate QA reports, metrics, and trend analyses from database records
- Provide user support and training on QA database systems and processes
- Review, categorize, and file audit and inspection documentation in electronic systems
