What you'll be doing
- Supervise daily QC Microbiology activities including sterility, bioburden, endotoxin testing
- Review and verify microbiological data, logbooks, and records for accuracy and integrity
- Ensure all laboratory testing complies with approved SOPs, validated methods, regulations
- Supervise, mentor, and develop QC Microbiology analysts and technicians
- Partner with Manufacturing, QA, and Radiation Safety to support production and product release
