Role summary
Merck seeks a Quality Assurance Manager in Irving, Texas to establish and lead quality management systems for an animal health manufacturing operation. What you'll be doing
- Support implementation of quality processes and coordinate activities across assigned manufacturing unit
- Analyze quality data, develop improvement recommendations, and lead Kaizen implementation
- Manage corrective actions, containment measures, and quality issue investigations across operations
- Serve as quality liaison with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams on technical matters
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and quality management system infrastructure
