What you'll be doing
- Provide direct shop floor support including counts, material tagging, and production event assistance
- Oversee packaging process quality and plant site compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate defect resolution and material control throughout the facility using statistical methods
- Review batch records for intermediate and finished products and participate in root cause analysis investigations
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation of new programs and regulatory processes
