What you'll be doing
- Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within Quality Assurance
- Analyze quality metrics and build dashboards to track KPIs and enable data-driven decisions
- Design and automate reporting tools for deviations, investigations, complaints, and batch rejections
- Assist with review and maintenance of SOPs and Work Instructions to support process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes and recommend compliance and efficiency solutions
