Role summary

What they're looking for
- Completed technical or scientific education (HTL, FH, university, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environment, preferably pharma or biopharm
- Strong understanding of QC laboratory processes and analytical methods
- Experience with GMP documentation, deviations, change management, and risk assessments
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel); familiarity with Copilot or similar tools preferred
- Fluent German and proficient English (written and verbal)
- Structured, detail-oriented, self-directed work style with problem-solving capability
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coordinate QC projects independently within cross-functional teams from planning through execution
- Prepare and process deviations, event reports, quality assurance reports, and change requests with stakeholder coordination
- Plan, conduct, and document investigations; develop risk-based solutions and corrective actions
- Create and manage quality risk assessments; evaluate and control quality-relevant risks
- Support laboratory operations and participate in audit and inspection preparation and execution
Compensation€4,355.55 brutto minimum (collective agreement); additional compensation based on experience and qualifications
