What you'll be doing

Lead deployment of PPI culture and continuous improvement framework across the manufacturing site
Facilitate Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events, Value Stream Mapping, and Lean workshops
Lead Root Cause Analysis, CAPA processes, and effectiveness verification to reduce non-conformances
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using dashboards and visual management tools
Coach and mentor employees on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
