- Lead, develop, and evaluate direct reports and group leaders; conduct regular performance reviews
- Collaborate with clients to identify resourcing and technical needs; ensure service quality
- Organize technical resources and staff to meet client objectives and deadlines
- Monitor quality and productivity metrics; manage financial responsibilities as assigned by Director
Compensation$120,000-$135,000 base
