Role summary
Bio-Techne seeks a Project Manager for its Reagent Solutions Division to oversee multiple research and development projects from planning through closure. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards while supporting strategic initiatives in life sciences.

- Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related)
- Minimum 3 years project management experience in biotech, life sciences, or academia
- Experience with ISO 9001, GMP, and ISO 13485 compliance standards
- Proficiency in project scheduling software (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
What you'll be doing
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and identify potential roadblocks with stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions
- Monitor risks, ensure deliverables meet quality standards on time and within budget
- Establish stakeholder communication schedules and provide regular progress updates and reports
- Facilitate project meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support team members in overcoming constraints
