What you'll be doing

Build and maintain relationships with scientific and managerial stakeholders to increase access into molecule programs and R&D decisions
Track molecule pipeline visibility, program status, and identify early-stage technology seeding opportunities
Drive validation of technologies through process and product trials including scale-up and manufacturing activities
Support pilot and clinical-phase trials by enabling process optimization and manufacturing readiness
Execute handovers of validated programs to commercial teams with documentation and stakeholder context
