What you'll be doing

Lead planning and implementation of transition, migration, and system transformation programs across workstreams
Develop Service Delivery Models and risk assessments; translate customer requirements into future state designs
Monitor project progress through regular evaluations, achievement reviews, and stakeholder reporting
Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and coordinate project portfolios for timely, budget-aligned delivery
Address risks, stakeholder concerns, and complex issues; maintain clear communication with steering committees
