- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proven project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation expertise
- Understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry standards
- Knowledge of IRB/Ethics committees, data privacy regulations, and SOPs
What you'll be doing
- Oversee coordination, implementation, and completion of regional and global cross-functional projects
- Define project scope, resource requirements, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards while exceeding client expectations
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries
- Contribute project management expertise to new business proposals and bid-defense meetings
